Tim joined Dupree & Co in 2013 and is about to celebrate his 25th year as a mortgage adviser. He started as a trainee for a well-known estate agent and took the leap to being a self-employed mortgage adviser in 2005. He enjoys the excitement of the New Build industry, dealing with clients and interacting with developers, solicitors and, of course, lenders. With Tim’s wealth of knowledge and expertise he can deal with any tricky cases buyers may come up against and get them to offer efficiently. In his spare time, he enjoys horse racing and watching Bristol Rovers with his son.
