Jay manages a team of mortgage administrators, working with our advisers to look after the mortgage cases once they’ve been submitted to the lender, through to completion. She does a fantastic job at motivating her team and developing a culture of excellent customer service. In her free time, Jay can often be found in her kitchen preparing delicious food. The team are always happy when Jay turns up with Tupperware under her arm!
