We are recruiting for dedicated, highly organised, and experienced administrators to join our vibrant mortgage and insurance teams. You will be working in our head office in Stonehouse with our friendly and diverse team. Career progression is available with opportunities to undertake training and development.
We offer flexible hours and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Main Duties
- Working closely with our advisers
- Helping the advisers with their paperwork and other non-advisory duties
- Speaking to customers and product providers over the phone
- Warm calling potential customers to generate new business and leads
Key requirements
It’s important to enjoy working in a very busy, team environment. You will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own work load and priorities.
You will have confident and friendly telephone manner and great people skills.
You must be comfortable using MS packages such as MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook. Previous insurance experience is not essential.
